Can you work around our business hours?
Absolutely — it's what we do. We specialize in after-hours, early morning, and weekend scheduling for commercial clients. Most of our commercial work happens before 8am or after 6pm — your customers never see us working, they just arrive to a clean building. We're fully equipped for nighttime operations with proper lighting and safety protocols.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes — we carry full commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your business as an additional insured before any work begins. This is standard for our commercial clients and we can typically have it to you within 24 hours.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual maintenance plans. Maintenance clients receive priority scheduling, discounted rates, and automatic service — we track when your next cleaning is due and reach out to confirm, so you never have to remember to schedule. There's no long-term commitment; you can adjust or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What commercial properties have you cleaned?
We've cleaned a wide range: retail storefronts, restaurants (including dumpster pads and kitchen exhaust areas), office buildings, churches, apartment complex clubhouses and breezeways, industrial warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, gas station forecourts, and more. Every property type presents different challenges and we have experience with all of them.
How quickly can you provide a commercial estimate?
We typically provide commercial estimates within 24–48 hours of a site visit — sooner for smaller storefronts and restaurants. For larger industrial or multi-building properties, we may need a few extra days to calculate scope and pricing. The estimate is always free and comes with a detailed scope of work.
What's the minimum job size you'll take?
There's no minimum — we clean single storefronts just as happily as industrial complexes. If your business exterior needs cleaning, we'll help. Smaller jobs (a single storefront facade and sidewalk) are typically priced at our standard rate and can often be completed in 1–2 hours.
