Concrete Surfaces We Clean
Every Concrete Surface Restored
From your driveway to your pool deck — each surface gets the right pressure, temperature, and cleaning approach.

Driveways
Oil spots, tire marks, and years of vehicle grime lifted away. We use hot water and commercial degreasers for stubborn automotive stains — restoring your driveway to like-new condition.

Patios
Algae, moss, and dirt make patios look older than they are. Our pressure washing strips away the grime, brightens the surface, and makes your outdoor living space inviting again.

Sidewalks
High-traffic walkways collect embedded dirt and lose their bright appearance. We clean sidewalks thoroughly — improving curb appeal and reducing slip hazards from moss and algae buildup.

Pool Decks
Pool decks take abuse from chlorine, sunscreen, and constant moisture. We use the right balance of pressure and cleaning agents to restore the surface without making it slick or damaging the finish.
What We Remove
Stains That Disappear After We Clean
Oil & Grease Stains
Dark, embedded stains that make your driveway look neglected. Rain spreads them, and regular hosing won't touch them.
Hot water extraction breaks down petroleum-based stains at the molecular level. Commercial degreasers lift even years-old spots.
Tire Marks
Black rubber transfer that builds up in parking areas and turn-around spots. Gets worse with hot Tennessee summers.
High-pressure removal strips away rubber transfer without scouring or etching the concrete surface underneath.
Algae & Mildew
Green and black growth in shaded areas, along foundation lines, and on north-facing surfaces. Slick when wet — a genuine safety hazard.
Eco-friendly algaecide kills organic growth at the root. Surface stays cleaner longer because the organisms are dead, not just rinsed.
Rust Stains
Orange-brown iron stains from well water, irrigation systems, or metal furniture. They oxidize into the concrete pores over time.
Acid-based rust removers (applied carefully) lift iron oxidation without etching the surrounding concrete. Results are dramatic.
Our Approach
How We Clean Concrete Surfaces
Surface Assessment
We check concrete condition, age, and stain types to choose the right pressure, temperature, and cleaning agents for your specific surface.
Pre-Treatment
Stubborn stains get pre-treated with commercial degreasers or eco-friendly cleaners — letting them penetrate before we begin washing.
Deep Pressure Wash
Using hot water and adjustable PSI, we clean deep into the concrete pores — not just the surface. Years of buildup lift away.
Rinse & Protect
A thorough rinse clears all residue. We check every square foot — if a stain didn't come out, we treat it again before we leave.
FAQ
Concrete Cleaning Questions
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when done correctly. We adjust pressure based on your concrete's age and condition — typically 2,500–3,500 PSI for most residential concrete. Older or damaged concrete gets lower pressure. We never use pressure high enough to etch, pit, or spall the surface. The key is knowing when to use heat and chemicals instead of brute force.
Can you remove oil stains that have been there for years?
In most cases, yes. Old oil stains penetrate deeper, but hot water (200°F+) combined with commercial-grade degreasers pulls oil out of the concrete pores. While extremely old or deep stains may leave a faint shadow, the improvement is dramatic — typically 90–95% removal. We'll give you an honest assessment during your free estimate.
How long does concrete cleaning take?
A standard two-car driveway takes about 1–2 hours. A full property with driveway, patio, sidewalks, and pool deck typically takes 3–5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote. Most residential jobs are completed in a single visit.
How often should concrete be cleaned?
We recommend professional concrete cleaning every 1–2 years for most properties. High-traffic areas, homes near trees (more organic debris), and light-colored concrete may benefit from annual cleaning. Regular cleaning prevents deep staining and keeps your property looking well-maintained year-round.
Is hot water really better than cold water for concrete?
Significantly better — especially for oil, grease, and gum. Hot water (200°F) breaks the bond between contaminants and the concrete surface far more effectively than cold water. It's the difference between scrubbing a greasy pan with cold water versus hot. We always use hot water for concrete cleaning because it delivers deeper, faster results.
Will the cleaning solution kill my grass or plants?
No. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning agents and take precautions — pre-wetting all vegetation, using tarps where needed, and thoroughly rinsing after cleaning. We've never had an incident of plant or grass damage. Your landscaping is safe with us.
Real Concrete Issues
Cracks, Stains & Wear — All Fixable
Concrete is tough, but it isn't indestructible. Here's a look at the kinds of issues we deal with on every job — and what we do about them.

Hairline & Surface Cracks
Tennessee's freeze-thaw cycles cause small cracks that grow over time. We fill cracks with epoxy filler and seal the surface so water can't get back in — preventing bigger problems later.

Faded & Worn Concrete
Years of UV exposure, foot traffic, and weathering leave concrete dull, faded, and patchy. Our pressure washing lifts the embedded grime and restores the original color — making the whole surface look uniform again.

Asphalt & Aggregate Cleaning
Asphalt and exposed aggregate need lower pressure and softer chemicals than poured concrete. We adjust our approach for each surface so we clean thoroughly without dislodging stones or damaging the binder.
