Why Epoxy?
A Floor That Works As Hard As You Do
Epoxy isn't just paint — it's a high-performance resin system that bonds to concrete and creates a surface tougher than the concrete itself.
Chemical Resistant
Oil, gas, brake fluid, road salt — nothing penetrates epoxy. Spills wipe up without a trace.
Showroom Finish
High-gloss clarity that makes your floor the star. Optional color flakes for a custom, premium look.
Impact Tough
Jack stands, tool drops, heavy equipment — epoxy absorbs impacts that would chip or crack bare concrete.
Seamless Surface
No grout lines, no joints, no seams. One continuous, easy-to-clean surface wall to wall.
Customizable Look
Solid colors, decorative flakes, metallic effects — your floor, your style. We match your vision.
Low Maintenance
Dust mop or damp mop — that's it. No waxing, no polishing, no sealing. It stays gorgeous with almost zero effort.
Spaces We Transform
Every Floor Gets The Right System
Different spaces need different epoxy formulations. We spec the right system for your environment and usage — never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Garage Floors
Transform your tired, stained garage floor into a showroom-worthy surface. Our epoxy coatings resist oil, chemicals, salt, and hot-tire pickup — while looking incredible for years.

Basement Floors
Turn your basement into usable, attractive space. Epoxy creates a moisture-resistant barrier that brightens the space, resists mold and mildew, and makes cleanup effortless.

Commercial & Retail
High-traffic floors need high-performance coatings. Our commercial-grade epoxy stands up to foot traffic, equipment, and daily wear — with a polished, professional look customers notice.

Workshop & Industrial
Heavy-duty epoxy systems designed for workshops, manufacturing floors, and industrial spaces. Chemical-resistant, impact-resistant, and built for serious use.
What Changes
Problems That Disappear With Epoxy
Stained & Stained Concrete
Oil spots, tire marks, and years of grime that regular mopping and degreasing can't touch. Concrete pores trap stains permanently.
Epoxy seals the surface completely — creating a non-porous barrier that oil, chemicals, and dirt can't penetrate. Spills wipe up effortlessly.
Dusting & Deterioration
Unsealed concrete constantly sheds fine dust that coats everything in your garage. Over time the surface pits, cracks, and spalls.
Our epoxy system binds the concrete surface and adds a durable wear layer. No more concrete dust on your cars, tools, and stored items.
Dull, Unfinished Look
Raw concrete looks industrial and unfinished — it brings down the whole feel of your garage, basement, or commercial space.
High-gloss or satin finish with optional decorative flakes creates a stunning, professional look. Many clients say it's the best-looking floor in their home.
Moisture & Humidity Issues
Concrete is porous — moisture wicks up from the ground, especially in Tennessee's humid climate. This leads to musty odors and condensation.
A properly installed epoxy system includes a moisture-mitigating primer that blocks ground moisture. Your space stays drier and fresher.
Our Process
How We Install Epoxy Floor Coatings
Diamond Grinding
We mechanically grind the concrete surface with diamond tooling — not just acid etch. This opens the concrete pores for maximum epoxy adhesion and removes surface contaminants.
Crack Repair & Priming
All cracks and spalls are filled with epoxy filler. A moisture-mitigating primer is applied to block ground moisture and ensure a bubble-free finish.
Epoxy Application
100% solids commercial-grade epoxy is applied with optional decorative color flakes. We work in controlled sections — each coat bonds chemically with the last for a monolithic surface.
Topcoat & Cure
A UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat locks in the color and adds chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance. Your floor is ready for light use in 24 hours and full use in 48–72 hours.
FAQ
Epoxy Floor Coating Questions
How long does epoxy flooring last?
A professionally installed epoxy floor with proper surface preparation typically lasts 10–20 years in residential settings and 7–15 years in commercial spaces. The key is proper concrete grinding (not just acid etching) and using 100% solids epoxy — both of which we do on every job. Many of our floors still look nearly new a decade later.
How soon can I use my garage after epoxy installation?
Light foot traffic is fine after 24 hours. You can typically park vehicles and move heavy items back after 48–72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. We'll give you a specific timeline based on your installation and the weather conditions during curing.
Can you epoxy over my existing stained or cracked concrete?
Yes — that's exactly what we specialize in. We grind the surface to remove stains and open the pores, fill cracks and spalls with epoxy filler, and apply a primer before the epoxy coat. The result is a smooth, flawless surface regardless of what the concrete looked like before. Severely damaged concrete may need additional repair — we'll assess and advise during your estimate.
Is epoxy slippery when wet?
We add aluminum oxide or polymer grit to the topcoat for slip resistance — especially important for garage floors that see rain and snow melt. You get the glossy look without the ice-rink effect. For commercial or industrial floors, we can increase the grit for higher slip-resistance requirements.
What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic coatings?
Epoxy is the base coat — it provides thickness, durability, and the bond to concrete. Polyaspartic is our premium topcoat option: it's more UV-stable (won't yellow in sunlight), cures faster (back in service sooner), and offers superior chemical and abrasion resistance. We typically recommend a polyaspartic topcoat for garages and any space with exposure to sunlight or heavy use.
Can I choose colors and decorative flakes?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of solid colors, and our decorative color flake system lets you customize the look — from subtle blends to bold contrast. We'll bring color chips and samples to your estimate so you can see exactly what your floor will look like before we start.
